1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing valepublishing.com or ordering any service from Vale Publishing ("Vale," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
Vale Publishing provides online book and eBook writing, editing, proofreading, cover design, formatting, ISBN registration, and publishing-setup services. All work is delivered digitally. Our services are AI-accelerated and editorially reviewed: we combine advanced drafting technology with human quality review to produce original content written to your brief.
3. Orders, Quotes & Payment
Package prices and the per-page rate shown on our site are starting points; your final price is confirmed in a written quote before work begins. Payment is made through PayPal. For most projects, a deposit or full payment is required before work starts, as stated in your quote. Nothing is charged until you confirm your order.
4. Turnaround Times
Delivery timeframes shown on the site or in your quote are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Rush and express options expedite your place in our production queue. Delays caused by incomplete briefs, slow feedback, or additional requests may extend timelines.
5. Revisions
Revision rounds included with your package let us refine the work until it meets the agreed brief. Requests that go beyond the original scope (new chapters, changed topics, added length) may require a new quote. We consider a project complete when you approve it or after a reasonable review period following delivery.
6. Your Content & Confidentiality
Any materials you provide — notes, outlines, drafts, files, or ideas — remain yours and are treated as strictly confidential. We use them only to complete your order and never resell, republish, or reuse your content. You are responsible for ensuring that materials you provide do not infringe anyone else's rights.
7. Ownership & Copyright
On delivery and full payment, all copyright and ownership of the finished work transfers to you. You are the author and rights holder. Vale Publishing retains no rights to your book and will not claim authorship. We may describe the general nature of work performed for our own records but will not publish your content or identify you as a client without permission.
8. Originality
We deliver original content written for your project and checked for originality before delivery. Because our process is AI-assisted, you are responsible for any disclosures required by the platforms where you publish (for example, Amazon KDP's AI-content disclosure at upload).
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to order content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, hateful, or intended to deceive or harm others. We reserve the right to decline or halt any project that violates these terms or applicable law.
10. Refunds
Our refund policy is part of these terms. If you request a refund before work begins, your payment is refunded in full, less any non-recoverable payment-processing fees. Once work has begun, amounts for work already completed are non-refundable; the balance for uncompleted work may be refunded. For specific complaints, contact us and we will review your request and respond accordingly.
11. Limitation of Liability
Vale Publishing is not responsible for how you use, publish, or market the finished work, or for its commercial performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Third-Party Platforms
Publishing services involve third-party platforms (such as Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Barnes & Noble, and Kobo) that have their own terms and approval processes. We are not responsible for those platforms' decisions, delays, or policy changes. Platform names and logos are the property of their respective owners; their use does not imply partnership or endorsement.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
